We’re a 2022 Best for the World B Corp!

We’re thrilled to say that we’ve been named as a 2022 Best for the World™ B Corp™.

B Corp is the sustainability gold standard, so we were extremely proud to be awarded B Corp status earlier this year. Being named as a Best for the World is the icing on the cake. 

Best for the World is a distinction granted by B Lab to certified B Corps – businesses that meet the highest standards of positive social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. 

Every year, Best for the World recognises the top-performing B Corps creating the greatest positive impact through their businesses. It’s awarded to companies whose impact scores in five areas – community, customers, environment, governance, and workers – rank in the top 5% of all B Corps in their corresponding size group. Our impact score was 99.1. 

A huge congratulations to all of this year’s Best for the World companies across the globe  – we’re very proud to be joining this community of inspiring businesses, who are working hard to be part of the change that our world needs.

As a business founded on principles of sustainability, it was an obvious step for us to join the B Corp community. It’s a rigorous process, where everything about the business is scrutinised, from supply chain and governance to environmental impact and employee benefits. But, it’s only difficult because it has to be. As a badge of trust, it would be meaningless otherwise. Only the most transparent of businesses – who are genuinely committed to doing good – will achieve certification.

Becoming a B Corp shows our customers that we mean what we say. Many companies are guilty of greenwashing, misleading people by labelling their services and products as ‘ethical’ or ‘green’ as a marketing tactic. The B Corp badge offers consumers a way of easily recognising businesses who are as ethical as they say they are.

It also makes us accountable. Through B Corp, we are taking even greater strides to building a more purposeful business. We will be reassessed every , and we will be continuing to look at ways we can improve our sustainability, such as becoming Net Zero.
